Dr. Annie Zheng is a board-certified pediatric dentist dedicated to helping children develop healthy smiles in a comfortable, positive environment. She combines advanced clinical training with a compassionate, family-focused approach to care, helping children build confidence and lifelong oral health habits.
Education & Specialty Training
Dr. Zheng graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. She then attended the UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry, graduating with Higher Honors and earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
While in dental school, Dr. Zheng was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, an honor awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, character, and professional excellence. She graduated ranked 11th in her class of 101 students and earned a Distinction in Dental Education for her commitment to teaching and mentorship.
After dental school, Dr. Zheng completed advanced specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry through Texas A&M College of Dentistry, Children’s Medical Center, and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, receiving extensive training in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of children’s dental needs.

In 2023, Dr. Zheng became a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Board certification is a voluntary achievement that demonstrates a pediatric dentist’s commitment to the highest standards of clinical care, continuing education, and professional excellence.

Serving others has always been an important part of Dr. Zheng’s career. In addition to English, Dr. Zheng is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, allowing her to serve and communicate with a broader range of families in the community.
Outside the Office
Born in southern China, Dr. Zheng moved to Houston at age 9 and proudly considers Texas home. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, staying active, exploring different cultures through food, and spending time with her husband and family.
